I still don't get what's going on.

.. New features. Achievements and such. Theres also going to be a new front page, among other things.

I just got an achievement. . . for making 10 posts. . .
I have over 2k in posts. . .

Everyone was started off with a clean slate. Its only fair that way.

But it still shows my 2k post on the profile right?

Oh, and do we get to spend earned Anka points on items?

Yes, none of your posts were deleted. xDD; And from what I gather at the moment? Yes. We'll be able to spend the Anka Coins in a shop, and we'll also receive special limited items and such.
