My daily awesome was this was my first day being allowed back at work and everyone missed me :D It feels nice to be appreciated like that at a job for once XD

Today's daily awesome! I got a drawing tablet for my laptop finally today =3

Someone is coming to move in with me in a couple of months.

I've found an SD card that I thought I lost when I moved back up to Iowa... so now I'm listening to music and feeling nostalgic :3

I got muffins! Blueberry muffins!
And I got a call back for an interview!

It's getting closer to the day I can buy my computer chair and tablet!!

Went to my old apartment to finish moving things out and came across some liquefied bananas I'd forgotten about and a very happy colony of fruit flies :)

I'm going to be seeing friends I haven't seen since January, and we're going to watch old movies together.

I got to sleep in today! It felt so good! :D

Tomorrow I can order my tablet and computer chair. YAY

My roommate told me she was allergic to sunlight.
Luckily I eat garlic like its water so if she turns into a vampire I am good.

Well, it's possible that she burns easily.
I really love the dessert that I made. It's so tasty. :D

Some people actually do have a sunlight sensitivity beyond just sunburning easily. Most of the time it has something to do with Vitamin D metabolism; the human body uses sunlight on the skin to produce its own Vitamin D. Some medications have warnings to avoid sunlight for that reason.

It's not technically an allergy because it doesn't trigger a histamine reaction in the body, but it's sufficient to call it an allergy in casual discussion because people understand what that means.

This maybe true for some people but on my end it feels like a crying wolf.

I planted chives today. Now I get to impatiently wait for them to sprout. BD
