I got the first part of the border for my bookmark done. I would work on more but I have to get ready to go to town soon and I don't want to start stitching just to have to stop and go back to it again. I'm doing a celtic knot one and it's not easy to stop in the middle of a knot.

Ya and I hate that feeling. I'm already lost on my woodland enchantress piece. I have not touched her for quite sometime now and I spent about 10 mins the last time I tried to work on it to find where I was on the pattern and I didn't do that much either. ; ;

Sai! Your cross stitching is so pretty! I'm in awe. I haven't done one in many, many years but I almost never finish them unless they're really small. I get so overwhelmed.

Where do you find your pretty patterns? I feel inspired by your biscornu!

For my wedding, i'm going to be doing paper quilling..which may or may not be what Kei is talking about.

Basically, you take very thin strips of long paper and twist them around a needle like object and then you shape them and glue them to paper to make pretty designs. I'm going to make about 30 wedding invitations with a floral design.

I find all my patterns online for free. It took alot of looking to find all the ones I have and I keep trying to look for more free patterns too. There are a couple stores online that I found that sell patterns for biscornus for pretty cheap. About $5-6 for each one.

I know what you mean about being overwhelmed. I get like that with big projects too. I have a gorgeous woodland enchantress that I so want to make, but it's just too much for me to handle. I hope in the future I can work on it. It's just too beautiful to not do. I even have a cute polar bear one that I started and a really nice tree skirt that is huge as hell to do. All of which that I can't do because of the size of them.
