The one in the game is techniqually the Spider-Ham. Kinda creepy in my opinion.

Yeah. It's interesting because you get to use four different spidermen, and each one has their own play style.
Amazing: Your basic Spiderman, uses webbing based combat.
Ultimate: A younger Spiderman, wearing the black suit.
2099: The Spiderman of the Future, with an advanced tech that gives him super-ish speed.
And Finally Noir: Set in 1932, Noir spiderman is a stealth based spiderman that can knock out enemies from the shadows.
