Maybe after I have income again. I'd borrow from my friend but her son isn't washing the dishes and who knows where her pans might be.

Offer to wash her dishes in exchange for keeping the pan! ><

Well, at the moment she's trying to get her son to listen to her and actually clean up after himself for once.

Which admittedly is important.
I say the lad scrubs the bathroom before he's allowed to anything fun.

I get that forcing isn't necessarily the approach she wants to take
but young men tend to not CARE about cleanliness.

That would sure be nice. It's not like he's a terribly bad kid, just disobedient and messy.

Has more pets...Still have my paww and Vulp (I named it Tony since it looke like my brother's dog) and picked up a Mikhal eggy. Found a keeto egg but didn't bother with it, not actually knowing what it was. -.-

Oh well. Still want me a boomer!

My dog passed away a couple months ago. Still feels awkward to talk about, but I suppose clicky pets give me something to fiddle with since I have no plans to get another dog in the immediate future. Not sure how steady my home life is going to be for the next while, especially if I'm working or moving around.

Ohh...that explains why I haven't heard about the dog lately. -hugs Quiet-

I think I can understand a little then.

Yeah. Monty got ill for a while, I was hand feeding him with a sryinge and he was barely able to stand up since he got so weak. He lost 8 pounds, which for a small dog is a lot. They did an ultra sound and it was mostly likely stomache cancer, so we had him put down. He was 13 and already older than most of his breed gets so he had a long and healthy life up until the end.

My brother's dog is still here of course, and I look after him when I need to but I don't see myself raising another puppy right away, especially since this is still my brother's house and I don't want to spring another dog on him.

Still makes me sad to think too much about it. He was with me since I was 15 and going through all my health problems and he came up North with me when I moved. I knew he was getting near but I did hope to have another year or two with him.
