Keeping my back straight relative to my neck I find helps, and mainly keeping my back and hips in line. I am most comfortable sitting with my legs crossed or one crossed over the other, and that's apparently a sign of a poor lower back because when one sits up normally in a chair the weight pulls on the muscles. Or something like that.

Nah, I'm much too lazy for that. I'd probably be like Monty and lie on the deck or the floor, and bark loud enough to send the *other* dog on a rampage.
