Can someone explain to me how Tennessee is too far, but being dragged to a wedding in Boulder, Colorado several years ago, and me flying out to California in March for a wedding is okay?

Serra, the only strung BJD I have is resin, so I don't know. My lovely 60cm Obitsu girl has mechanical joints. Which are love except when they break like one of the joints on Den's has, and it's hard to track down a new one.
