I got some sort of shot at the hospital today. I hate shots. The anticipation makes it all the worse.

Sometimes I envy pets who don't know what needles are and who don't know that they are getting a shot.

I don't know...some animals definitely know.
My cats are not fans of shots.

Shots are pretty awful though.

yeah just spent the past three hours curled up under my duvet. that was fun. Can't turn the lights off; roommate needs them.

Yeah, took two advils. Should have done that hours ago.

Ick. I've actually managed to curb my relatively recent migraine problems with physio for my neck and shoulders. I can't take Aspirin, so I go for relaxants instead. Although, my migraines are muscular over neuro, so that makes a difference.

Every time I complain about a headache, my husband always tells me to take some ibuprofen. In fact, he just bought 2 huge bottles....

I had a horrible headache yesterday so I didn't do homework or get on Trisphee but slept for an age...

That always clears it up for me, but it needs to be a substantial nine hours of sleep.

It unfortunately was, and one of the worst ones I've had so far.

I'm stuck with Tylenol or whatever big guns I can convince the doc to give me, for my part at least.
