well, the belts aren't released yet, so an announcement would be silly. staff just has access to them, and we like to tease you guys sometimes. >;3

xDD Spring mini event had an contest where users designed Staff belts. Some won, they got designed and might be soon released. Staff is teasing us with wearing those belts already.
