My doctor is a queen bitch and won't listen to me when I say diets don't work and I'll never get smaller than a 12/14. Ughh

ono diets never work for me.. they just leave me hungry

I just dance just to sweat alot and that works for me xD anything that gets the heart pumping and the sweat pouring!

Diets don't work for me either ha. I used to do a lot of dancing but I never really get round to it anymore. I will be tomorrow night though, but the calories I'm taking in counteracts it haha.

i don't bother counting calories =w= i loose 1-3 lbs a day as long as i do the dance in the morning and at night xD

I hadn't been dancing lately so i'm almost back up to 200lbs ;o;

I can only lose weight IF and only IF I get sick.
that's all.

that seems to work too ._., i lost 10 lbs a few years ago when i got sick and just slept for the whole month xD

That's how I managed to lose weight last time. I was going through a break up and fighting glandular fever at the same time so for about three months I only ate like one thing every two days or so.

Yus! I have a raspberry and vanilla shower gel and it smells so much like milkshakes it's unreal -drool-
