love me some stinky cheese....but not limburger. i like blue and gorgonzola and feta...especially on pizza xD

Blue and feta are ick. But I do like gorgonzola, though only melted on pizza. There's a place like...2 block away from my apartment that has a great olive and gorgonzola pizza with a balsamic reduction drizzled on it. Sooo gooood!

I like bleu cheese too.... though I don't get to have it much. My brother in law is French, so when I go visit him and my sister, I do get my pick of other fancy cheeses though XD

@Tam, I really don't know because I don't think I ever had them before. They puffed up into little sauce sponges when re-hydrated.

i know right? i'm such a picky eater @____@ but the other day i made a frozen pepperoni pizza and added sliced green olives and crumbles of blue cheese. it was fantastic XD

I like a lot of different cheeses. Swiss though, has to be melted, imo. It's alright cold, but I feel it tastes better when it's all melty. I also love brie.
