If it's not one that's normally associated with your area, yeah. French works for me since I live in Florida and everyone here speaks either English or Spanish.

I don't really plan on having a landline ever because my cell works just fine and I don't want to pay for more phone. Nobody ever calls my cell so it works out perfect!
