my dreams tend to repeat whether I want them to or not.

well at least you know they are important then

sometimes they're scary prophetic...sorta freaks me out....

no idea. When I was younger my dreams came true about a week after I dreamt them if it involved people I knew. Thankfully the really freaky things never did, but they rarely involved real people(insofar as I ever knew).

then sweetie is lucky enough to be predictable, my dreams are all over the board so i knever knew if any of it was salvagable haha

not worked for me in a while...but I'm now an insomniac most of the time so I rarely sleep, let alone dream.

suprisingly i sleep more now than when i was a kid

I wish I did, I cna sometimes go months without any real sleep

yeah^^: i suggest wearing the hell out of yourself for about 5 weeks around the same time, it won't always helf but it sometimes will convince you to /be/ sleepy at certain times of the day/night

oh trust me, I've tried it all, I've had this problem since I was in my late teens..so nearly half my life.

and i for most all of my life, no i mean really drag yourself out, it'll suck but it really helped me out, i only forgo sleep maybe once or twice a week now(well sans weekends where i don't even try)

LOL I appriciate the advice, I've tried it all, and I accept that there's not much I can do. I've tried everything up to meds...I won't take them since I seem to have bad reactions to anything that's supposed to help.

i wouldn't take sleep aids^^: but for like a week i didn't sleep at all so when i crashed afterwards and had like two days of real rest i tried it^^: though maybe that will not work for you



oh, by the way i'm working on art after work in the morning so expect it then ok?

I used to work out/run for hours at a time, come home so physically exhausted I couldn't move, but my brain won't shut off. Meds make me crash TOO well and if I take half a dose for a normal person I'll be knocked out for 36 hours. I figure it's better to just accept the lack of sleep when it happens.

and no rush on the art :) but I always look forward to it!
