I hate calling customer service. No offense to you Keiko but usually they can't fix my problem Asian or other wise. Or it takes an extremely long amount of time. But beyond computer problems I understand what you mean. They have this attitude that its pretty much I pay for it, ergo I pay for your check, ergo you must roll when I snap my fingers. It drives me nuts some times.
