Off would be my true preference (I watch more on Netflix than my TV). If I have to choose a channel, however, I'd say the Science channel.

I've watched so many horrible movies in my time. My ex-husband wanted to start a movie review website where he took movies that were rated poorly on rotten tomatoes and watched them, and reviewed whether they were half-decent or terrible.. I don't remember which ones were the worst, but there were some truly awful ones.
