I'm more inclined to think Fallen would win. I doubt the intelligent person is prepared enough to take on whatever she is.

Jurinjo would win. The two would likely be evenly matched ending in a stalemate or whoever ran out of stamin first. The actual deciding factor would be the terran, whoever was more familar with the surrounding area would win. If it was a place neither was teribly familiar with Jurinjo is most likly to win.
