i used to be anorexic and bulimic. honestly. ive struggled with both of them for the longest time. mainly bulimia though..

Asa;; Yeah, Bulimia and Anorexia go hand in hand, most of the time.
I'm obsessed with working out, and calorie counting. I have whats called "Athletica Anorexia", working out to compensate for what you eat.

And when you barely intake 500 calories a day, well. xD.. Thats why I say, do it the right way. I'm not doing it the WRONG way, but, I'm also not helping my situation. >< I know how to go about losing weight, toning, and maintaining the way you're supposed to, I just don't practice it with myself.

right now im trying out some supplements though.. they do work really well.. i just have a horrible memory and forget to take them soemtimes

Weight loss ones don't work. At least, I wouldn't put that crap in my body. I'm all for natural weight loss. [Well, not so much anymore, seeing as how Hermes wants me to gain at least 10 pounds. NOT gonna happen.] Then again, I like doing things myself, without the aid of something like that.

its vitamins and stuff. it helps a whole lot

i drink lots of water with them as well :P

I'm 5'4", and at current weight [from being sick] I'm 104.

Asa;; I'm a Green tea and water FIEND. I don't drink anything else, unless you count coffee. I NEED my coffee. At least twice a day. But I don't get coffee from places like DD and Starbucks. I brew my own. <3

Batty.... A you a stick as in no chest or thighs? Cause my doctor told me if I EVER got back under 120 he would beat me with a stick.

i see XD i bet if i dropped soda i would loose the 20 lbs in no time..
