it's the part you /don't/ see that turns my stomach though, at least at jimmyjohns you watch them mix up the tuna and slice the meat every morning(well barring the salami which comes packaged) the only thing there that is not fresh is the cookies

You know the same could be said for all restaurants.
You do not see a lot of food prep and well my friend who works at restaurant admitted to doing a few things to nasty customers, and well Mirror is the only one allowed to handle my food at her place since I know how ocd she is. Outside of that I rarely eat out and when I do I watch for gloves, hats and I don't care if its prepackaged as long as they washed their hands.

So I am hoping to get an overnight job at walmart. Perhaps they have a job in the photocenter or on the sales floor.

I am pretty sure I can do it. I can pretty much do a visual merchandisers job now. They are going to teach me how to set planograms and make shelves and stuff. XD

Yes its the paper that tells you the layout of a grid or an area of the store. It tells you where to put merchandise and its price tags.
