Oi! I would like to join in on the chatting in here today, if it's alright :3
How is everyone?

Storm: A fellow RP addict eh? :3

Well, I only started really RP-ing during this event, so....yeah XD But it's like playing an MMORPG with words, and the graphics are in your mind.
STONEWALL WAS A RIOT

I guess that's a good explanation of it. I never thought of it that way. Though then again, I personally prefer 1x1s and just consider it to be like a fun way to co-write. xD
Default #212
I don't really like 1x1's because there's not enough variety for me. In the same way, I dislike single-player RPGs x_X
STONEWALL WAS A RIOT

That makes sense then in general considering your analogy, somehow xD For me I prefer it because I get nervous in crowded and fast-moving things. ^^;
Default #214
I like the RPing to some extent. I'm just really slow with replies ^^;;;

But this event makes things easier

Lucid loves Duchess and takes her signature virginity. <3
Ashy refuses to share Duchess with anyone D:<

Duchess is idol TRASH
Feel free to bully me about it

I have loved roleplaying for years- done it since I was in early middle school, about six or seven years ago. For me, my replies depend on the story, what I'm given and what sort of item is used to reply. If it's in IM, I'm a tad bit faster since there isn't as much room to write a reply anyway compared to forums or email. But my interest and ability to think of a response play a big role too xD
Default #216
I should try doing more role-playing.

I used to do it at lunch in High School casually - almost never using papers, and forgoing dice, too.
Default #217
I've never used dice in a roleplay before. What's that like?
Default #218
I haven't really used them, either. XD

I guess you would roll to see if you got the outcome you wanted.
Default #219
That sounds strange to me- I find if I want to figure out an outcome I just flip a coin. Though for me that's usually because of decision-making being far from my strong suit xD
Default #220
Well, a coin only gives you yes/no outcomes.

You can do degrees with dice.
Default #221
True. In my case I usually only need yes/no anyway, but that does make sense, what you noted :3
Default #222
Yeah. It depends on how many outcomes are possible for the move.

Anyway, did you have a good Thanksgiving?
Default #223
Eh, it was rather plain really since we didn't do anything. But that's still better then it being bad, no? :3 How about you?
Default #224
My brother and his two girls came over for a tasty turkey dinner.
