they doing unlimited downloading? xP i know we turn ours off if we're gaming

yeah.. the slow everything down.
when i had roommates I told them they could only download between certain times of the day.

well he downloads 24/7... and i cant play games which pisses me off... im might call the feds on him bc of that crap

yes i would call the feds on him bc everthing he owns on his pc even the Operating system is illegally downloaded
