No, but at one point he told me to hang on for a minute while he did something... about twenty minutes later I was still waiting. At that point I decided to let the line go so I wouldn't use up all my minutes. He hasn't tried calling me back, and it's been roughly 6 hours since then.

Woah. Something had to have happened. Six hours?! Dang.
