I don't usually act like this Ultima. Of all days to forget my Prozac. My moods are super shifty and very extreme right now. I can't help it and when I try my body hurts and I panic and scream and hurt myself and I'm very alone in my room. I would rather not wake up in pieces.

I mean, I can stand it when it's occasional but this just keeps going and gets worse. I... As a coping method I have managed to convince my brain that what happens virtually happens physically and irl. My brain gets attached to things and I can't help but feel it and take things personally. It helped when I was texting but it was a significant issue on Parashi and other forums. This is my battle I'm fine. I just need a puke and really strong pain killers
