Idk...Something not too expensive at first, you could do a donation item of some sort...or do it where it's a cheaper prize for fewer pages, so say maybe 1000 pages would be a rather old/rare item? 500 pages could be an item of medium rarity but still wanted. Then 400 or less could be event items? Idk...
