Any item can be held for a while, and you can pay in parts and mixed - arum and Runes. And if it's too expensive, we can try to figure something. I was a little o_o;; when I saw the price, if honestly. But I didn't even go after the highest price of all items (took lowest for nearly all of them).

Are you able to hold them? I don't have that much yet. Hmm I do get paid in less than a week though....
