Wondering if I should start experimenting with water recipes to improve coffee. Sounds like it actually makes a substantial difference, and the water here is super hard. It still leaves build-up in my kettle even after filtering.

Heheh, thank you. I regularly remove the build-up, it's just that it comes back pretty quickly. I'm more after improving the taste with different water.
