I saw a video about a bunch of Pokemon fan games last week.

One of the ones he talks about is PokeMMO, which seems really solid. Pokemon TypeWild seems really awesome too.

PokeMMO might be it. I'm tempted to DL it >x<

I gave in and DLed it.. its basically Fire Red (you need fire red v1.0 USA rom for this game) with character customization (except battles) and lots and lots of people running around.

if you want your pokemon to follow you, you also need HG or SS rom

Heard of the MMO but never really cared to try.....and this reminds me that I should be working on finishing my White 2 let alone my first White.....gah!

And Fairy Type confirmed. So the rumors sent to Pokebeach were true! So I guess Fairy is weak against Poison and Steel. Resistant to Dragon, and strong against dark, dragon, and fighting. Half damage to Fire and Psychic...

Fighting got nerfed a bit, and dragon has a competitor that will keep it from being OP in the game.
Poison got a very nice buff (it was highly needed) but I'm very mixed about steel, it's good it has something else it's strong against but it feels like some Pokemon (my favorite Pokemon Scizor for example) will become OP if fairy is highly used in battle.
The half damage to fire is extremely nice, fire needs something that it is defensive to... BADLY. I kind of wish Fairy was weak to fire type Pokemon though :/, and Psychic got another small buff...

I love Fairy's resistance to dragon and super effectiveness. And the weakness to Poison is awesome, plus the half damage it takes to fire. Everything else I'm mixed about but I understand it all.
Fairy = Nature and is weak against the poisons of the world and steel as in society. But it's mystical and magical (cough "Fairy" Tales), so it's strong against dragons (who are defeated by the "warriors" in Fairy Tales), and strong against fighting type Pokemon because they can be warriors of evil or like in any RPG magic outclass fighters. They do half damage to fire because they use the power of nature (wood/plants = fuel for fire kind of), but psychic types use the power of the mind which fights off the power of nature.

I am gonna mostly be playing with the Pokémon-Amie feature xD pokemon nintendogs haha

Have you guys ever seen the first pokemon pokedex book? xD

Types in the original book were known as elements and the 'type' of pokemon is what it is. :3 here's clefairy:
