XDDD I am not saying milk cannot be replaced, but not everyone can afford it or likes the stuff that could do it.
And just because some people are lactose intolerant it doesn't make milk "evil". XD

Milk? Soy milk is better. It has enough magnesium in it for it to be able to absorb the calcium. A lot of the calcium you get in regular milk will just be... waste product later.

There's milk products completely without lactose here, surprise! xD
