I don't blame you. I wouldn't want my paycheck to go to gas, or just being able to get to and from work.

I don't think anyone can argue with that. I think we'd all like to live financially stable. Someone in my class has a $500,000 trust fund that she gets when she turns 18. Sometimes, I wish my parents or grandparents set something like that up for me. I'd be happy with $1,000 at this point. My parents didn't set up anything for me. They've always been too poor to do anything like that, and even when they did get a break from when their parents died, they still didn't help me one bit. My mom got me an iPod Touch back in 2008, and a week later all of the money was spent. I can't even begin to describe how bad my family is with money, but that's a different matter altogether.

Some kids have it really easy. They don't even know it.
