Alpha - I saw it in a few different anime actually ouo and today I just felt like trying it (with my own ingredients of course >.> )

Its where they scramble the egg fry it then roll it up and when its done they cut it up.. normally served at breakfast

Saw it on: Junjou Romantica, InuYasha, and I saw them eating it on Card Captor Sakura ^-^ I think I also saw it on xxxHOLiC xD
