Well by bonuses I mean when I intentionally goad the party into doing something that will get them into trouble I make sure there's something worth getting at the end of it.

Ah. that yes. But I plan alot of great bounses in at the end of each of my dungeons pretty much.
One of my zombie campaigns, I actually had them exploring the remains of our high school. xD it was destroyed and trapped within a cave in the future which looks like the past. They loved that. (course there was treasure and such to)

Kag can be my new bad guy! A weird pseudo-dead spirit being who can pass through walls and thus explain why the players have to break down the front door to get in! (Have to keep the details in mind of course. ;))

Am playing with ideas. :). I can go with a pissed-off entombed spirit as an old standby. Last tomb had an uber ancient evil that the party was smart enough not to bother. I could make this tomb house another one that is less easy to avoid.
