And when I wake up like that I usually either go take a bath or I'll lie down in the bath tub with my back kinda propped up and then angle the shower head so that it falls on my stomach area and it's like a water massage so that usually helps me. (Then again just being in water relaxes the shit out of me, and laying down in the shower imitates rain.)
