XD so cho, I turned my computer on and it gave me a message saying it could not start up windows and that it was going to restore itself. It has restored itself twice now and most recently I restarted it and now it is sitting with a black screen when my foot stops cramping I will have to do a manual one.

I know, I know.

Cho I am buying from a rent to own place. They have every thing to the computer. I am sure instead of simply giving me my money back they will try to put it towards a different computer. u.u At least not all 225 of it.

pog ;____; dude what does your contract say? i have a tower here with xp and the only thing wrong with it is a busted sound card, if you can get at least some of your money back i can see what it costs to ship it to you and you can use that, it is not much and it is not net-worthy but it is a tower and it does work

Well, by law they don't have to give ALL the money back. Since it is rent to own, you did get use of the computer for a little while right? Which means if they move all of what you paid to a different computer, that's a business being nice to tell you the truth. Because they could say you're screwed instead and there wouldn't be much you could do .-.

-watched way too many court/judge shows before the cable tv was cut- I learned things from the tv :D

I've watched that a bit, but that wasn't the one I watched much. Particularly I'm thinking about Judge Mathis or Joe Brown....I remember something about this person buying a car or something and this person took it back so they were able to get some of their money back, but not all due to the fact that they got to use the car for awhile.

Cho I would not do that, I know a cheap place where I can get this hunk of junk fixed and even if they didn't give me all my money back getting some of it back is better then nothing since a 1 terra bite computer with a flat screen at walmart is only 500 dollars.
