Helsinki; Sometimes if you take a zantac (or generic), about 30 minutes before it helps prevent the issues and works wonders. One pill.

My body's so stupid that I can not consume food without becoming violently ill until when I wake up, I have to wait a minimum of two hours of full coherency before I can put food in my stomach or I'm sick for the rest of the day.

Helsinki; I face similar things. Though I usually can handle it if my stomach isn't completely grr when I wake up. If I wake on my own accord, I can eat. Forced awaking I can't. You can buy zantac anywhere. Generic is ranatinadine, or some spelling of that sort.
