I have a suggestion -- create a thread, much like the posting reward quotes thread from other events, but for items. Someone finds an item, they post it in the thread, and you can keep a running list of what's what.
With the amount that we post, we'll find all the items soon enough. And considering this is not an event where you can save up currency to buy items, but rather everything is randomized, there's really no point in having a list of items to crosscheck with until we're close to the end of the event.
Plus, it's more fun this way.
