Do all three. There are three planets so make like the dimensional witch and make things demented. XD
Each Planet could've been remote at some point or the other, or even better, the cultures around the three planets can make preference and contradiction to each. (i.e. Magical purists hate steampunk and techno.) It would be a lot of work, but as I say now, it's only a suggestion.

Yeah, when I made the thread I didn't know it was 3 planets. Each could work well in that, even just different cultures on each planet.
