Yeah, I might see if I can fit one in before I have to get ready for work in an hour.

I had ramen around 11 and just ate a tomato sandwich (it's now 2.45p)

I'm making steak and rice... maybe that will help my tummy

Stress is definitely no good.

I always get stomach aches and nausia once i get to a certain stress level.
