I had probably the first somewhat relaxing day in a while...

Visited two old friends (effectively my last two old friends) and played HAWKEN (A mecha Free-to-Play FPS) and watched some Anime.

And Kilala, a character very much like Amateratsu comes from Neverwinter Nights 2 (Okku, the Spirit-Bear God)

Today we went and bought a new living room set for our new apartment. We got a great package deal on a sofa, loveseat, 3 tables, and 2 lamps. I'm really excited to be getting new nicer furniture, but I also don't like spending so much money. >.>;;

Turns out my hubs (possibly our room mate) bought $30 worth of sparklers for "us" to set off tonight. I'm trying to find a homemade bug repellant that I can make so my poor Little Miss doesn't get eaten alive. She's super allergic to freakin' mosquitos. :(

I've been using multiple avatar sites lately to try and find my favorite. So far, I'm in love with Trisphee except for the lack of active members. I need to post to make money to make my avatar pretty, but with many inactive threads, it's hard to do without spamming. A few times I've considered making a thread just to post and talk to myself to make money, but then I was like, "No, that's annoying and probably against the rules."
Soooo establishing myself on this site could take some time. :p

You could always set up a thread in the Hangouts forum. :) You have to be careful about double and triple posting, though. BUT while you're constructing your thread, you can reserve as many posts as you feel you may need.

Yeah, I am pretty floaty. xD I'm currently in the awkward stage of newbie-ishness where I post on every single thread to make money so I can at least not LOOK like a noob. xD And that's the tough thing. With as inactive as it is here, it's tricky. xD I've accidentally posted on dead threads that haven't been touched since April and didn't realize. Whoops!

Well, the good thing about Tris is that, as long as you're actually doing the convo thing and not just going "lol good luck i agree emoteemote", there's nothing in the rules against necroing. In fact, if it's a specific discussion, we would rather you necro it than make a repeat thread.

Hi Aenith! :) I know it's pretty tricky to find active threads to chat in sometimes, but it's definitely not a problem to post in older threads as long as you have something new to contribute! And then it might inspire some people to respond to you and pick up the conversation again.
