Honestly how bad is the pain if there is a bit more bone on the area? I'm a tad too thin >.>

it really depends on your pain tolerance. But yes, over bone generally hurts more, in my experience.

i'm also pretty thin --- my calves really hurt. I accidentally kicked the guy. My shoulders had no issue whatsoever, it was almost enjoyable!

The back was the worst. Being thin over the ribs and stuff eeeekkkk! A part of my tardis tattoo was supposed to go onto my side but it hurt so bad the closer and closer he got I had to ask him not to do that part!

for me, the most painful one was my shoulder blade. That and my wrist... and I'm not even all that thin. but since they, like my very first tattoo, were over bone, it hurt like hell.

i cannot have tattoos XD i have a skin condition that makes my nerves super sensitive

That's what markers and temporary ones are for. :)

Wow thank Glitch and Den. All you both said helped me out alot. I might do a shoulder one. Just gotta figure out what I would love to do. Seems boyfriend wants a dragon on his back. No idea what I want. I thought maybe something to do with Norse mythology. But the symbolism is still yet not sure about. Sorry about the delay in response, BF wanted to take a walk hehe.
