You should :) My mom always tells me to have a little goal put aside for myself to save up for. Plus, if you wait a while, she'll probably get it done quicker since she won't be bombarded with Christmas orders.

I think the ones you want are around 200-300 dollars, which isn't bad. Mine was 180, and she used all of her own material. If you send her your own material, though, it's a lot cheaper.

I've got so many goals and things I want/need to do. It's hard to be fully motivated though...and finding RL commission work is even harder these days. Wish I could sell jewelry like I want. I have SO many beads and so many ideas but no desire to make anything for myself. I recently made myself a rainbow peyote bracelet though...

Thanks. :) Yeah, I hope so. I really need to buckle down and learn to paint faster so I don't lose inspiration like I tend to do. Making jewelry is easier for me though, which is why I'd rather do that more. If my mom's sewing machine worked (I've tried fixing it myself but it doesn't stay fixed) I'd practice my seamstress work. >_<

Yeah, a lot. Lol. I think mom's costed 300 and that's just the machine. Hers is a Babylock, which is one of the top brands. It's nice. >_< My older brother messed with it before I got a chance to look at it and so I couldn't fix it. It's was barely broken, then he used it and broke it further. Now I'd have to take it to a professional to get it repaired. I don't even wanna think about how much that would cost. e_e

Aww! So much for Ma listening and not getting me anything. She got me a full collectors set of all of Studio Ghibli's movies. Only one it doesn't have is Ponyo. :O I've been wanting the whole set for forever but never bought it when I had the money. She's so hard headed. XD
