This guy at my friend's apartment complex stands out on his terrace and stares at people. He started at my friends while we were waiting in the car for someone. They told me he was staring at us, so I glared at him... he went back inside when I did. XD

He's dead now.
He was like 60 and died last Summer.
I feel bad for his wife, but he was an asshole to be honest. I don't think he was really nice to her or his children or even his grandchildren.

Since a few weeks ago, I decided that if a complete stranger stares at me then I'm going to wave at them and smile. I mean... I'm never going to see them again. Or I'll ask them what they're looking at politely. Make them feel awkward.

Oh god.
I remember once I took my dogs to get groomed and some woman was just staring at me. She had a baby carriage and had stopped because my dog was barking, he was really excited to be groomed. I picked him up, she kept walking. Then she turned the carriage around and was straight up staring at me. I looked at her and said "What? Do you have something to say?" her entire face dropped. Like she was surprised that someone had said anything about her starring, then she left.

I get the same as Rey, the worse day of that was when I was eating a hot dog outside of a 7-11 and this perv stopped to watch me while licking his lips and making comments about how good that hotdog must have tasted.

I also get people calling out to me saying "Hey, this guy likes you!" and pointing to one of their buddies..... I know it's a blatant lie, and it makes me so furious that they play that game that I want to walk up behind them with a smile on my face and rip out their spinal columns.
