I haven't seen them in years, so...but there is this:

Make a trail of blood to mark your way inside the place; maps lie when the place can shift its design, yes.

And the blood trail could disappear due to the same reasons, right?

There is a Tits thread here, I must molest it.

The blood trail should be stained onto the ground so you can eventually figure out the shifting patterns. Well, as long as you mark each spot differently and remember such.
