I've never done that before. But that's probably because I'm so used to eating rice. And spicy foods. And temperature hot foods. >w>

I didn't wait for it to cool...
I kinda suck at making rice.
I mean, my boyfriend makes really good rice, and I do the exact same thing he does but mine is never as good.
No idea why...his rice is always more buttery and salty (that's all we use to flavour it) and I never have to put more salt or butter on it.
But he could have real butter at his place and not margarine like we have.
Meanwhile with me, I have to have the salt shaker BESIDE me and shake it a million and a half times just to get some flavour.

When I make rice, and I make it a LOT, I simply use a rice cooker. Makes it so frickin easy.
But depends on how you like your rice. I like it the same way all Asians like it. >w>
