I'm so sleepy...I'm starting to wonder about why I can't sleep well :/

Maybe you need to simply do cat naps Serra.

And I'm not sleepy, it's kind of like that exhausted tired...

I don't know, I don't nap well. I try but naps just...are bad usually.

And I hate that tired but not sleepy feeling ><

Yeah...When I nap, it's 3 hour 'tiny comas'...but I feel soooo much better when they're over.

Oh I totally agree with the mini-coma thing. I used to have deep sleep like that at night too though, just not lately.

Ohs. Well that's not good. Have you tried some sleepy time tea before bed?

I don't have any :/ I've tried so much stuff that I really don't know what else to do. I feel like my mind is too open or something.

I even tried sleeping with a friend last night but it still didn't work x.x

It's basically chamomile tea, but it's got another herb in there that makes you sleepy as well. It works sometimes...

I've gotten to where on the weekend I can't really sleep without Hyjin...it's weird...

Well I was in a close relationship with someone for more than 10 years, and though I've been "single" for the past 2 years or so perhaps my body just doesn't accept sleeping alone anymore. I'm not sure...

I am familiar with the sleepytime tea, I just don't have any :p

Ahhh...I've never really been able to sleep with others, but I'm comfy with Hyjin even in my Twin college bed...

To be honest I haven't slept well with anyone since my split. I care deeply for a lot of people but for the ones close to me...it's just not working.
