....I just opened my window to let a breeze in, the neighbors filthy little dog-rat is taking a crap on my porch. I swear one day a hawk is gonna come and snatch that little pest right off the lawn and I will not shed a tear. People who can't be responsible for their pets shouldn't have them.

did you scare the dog off of your porch? i would say call the pound but they sorta kill animals as a general rule s i am not sure that would work

And I yelled at him, he started barking at me, I almost ran over him with my car because he was pissing in my driveway this morning and he's so tiny (Chihuahua) I nearly didn't see him in time to stop.

I go to my neighbor frequently and tell her to keep her damn dog off my lawn because not only does he crap on my porch and piss on my car tires but he upsets my dogs when I try to take them out.
