Fail. In Sweden it's 15 but you still can't do it with anyone over 17. But nobody cares, trust me. Besides me who haven't even hugged anyone. Then again there was nobody to hug. I am quite picky. And I don't like brats my own age. And Swedish guys are usually ugly and hairy. Oh boy...
