Don't worry - I just plan on making small adjustments to my diet.
Nothing huge. Just portion sizes and cutting down on the sugar and carbs.
I technically get a 30 minute walk every day that I walk to and from my boyfriends house.
10 minute bike ride if I bike to and from there. ><
I have a work out bike in my bedroom too, that I never use...ugh.
I need to get my ass in gear.

This is the costume I want, plus the crappily drawn modifications I'll be making if I can get it.
It's gonna cost me 50 bucks...I'm half-way there to affording it.
I've just gotta hope Jenna will order it last minute for me and accept payment in parts.

I have the same one from last year, not getting anything new.
But since I don't have the tits for it, I have to get it taken in, in the chest area for it not to look so wonky. >< this is mine

And yeah, when I started, I cut EVERYTHING out, all at once.
From there, I started working out once a day, with jogs and walks and all that. Then it progressed to working out twice a day for an hour a piece, and just skyrocketed from there.

Now I eat less than 600 calories a day, work them ALL off in a morning workout, then an hour walk, then I come home, sit for a little, walk again, work out again, walk again, bike whenever I possibly can, etc etc. ><; I'm up to, BASICALLY? Working out 9 or 10 times a DAY.

Year 1, actually put effort into this one.
Year 2, really crappy, but it was just for a party.
Which I'll be going to again this year. My moms best friend runs it every Halloween.
If I can get that viking costume, I'll be really happy since it's legit. >>;;

Eeeeeeh, that's not good!
Women are generally suppose to have at least 1500-2000 calories a day.
And you're only suppose to cut down your calorie intake by 300 to 500 if you want to lose weight and work out.
I hope you get through this and get healthy again. :(

Most of everyone here knows the issues I struggle with, since I don't keep them to myself anymore. Its kind of ridiculous. Lmao.

But, its the ONLY thing I worry about. ALL. THE. TIME.
And right now, I'm having somewhat of a mental freak out, because I haven't done jack SHIT today, and its already 4PM.

I would be getting ready to do my afternoon walk, after my morning workout has already been done. And that was supposed to be.. oh.. 10AM this morning? And I was sleeping. u.u;

OMG MISHA COLLINS IS HAVING A SECOND KID. (Well technically his wife is.) o.o Damn they kept that under wraps. Holy hell.

:) Neighbor lady did give me a hoodie tho'. I love it. Makes me feel awesome. I love her to death. She's so awesome. I told her about the shit too. That's what bothers me a lot, that I opened up to another person,, it was just, so easy. To say something to her. >.<

I just feel bad about bitching so much today. And yeah, I know the feeling.. its getting easier and easier to just.. talk. And explode your emotions on other people. even though I feel horrible about it..

And that always helps. I've yet to find an older adult lady to vent to, without them going to my mom. Or me having to go to my mom, period. She doesn't GET where I'm coming from, so, it doesn't really HELP. Its like... venting to a brick wall.
