They don't NEED them, but orb enhances ARE the best option you have available to you in terms of damage augmentation, short of a straight-up ATK multiplier active. That's why I'm running Eschamali. Since ml is running a split-color team, she's not likely going to be packing a full set of dark OE's, so having an enhancer around is good for a little extra burst damage when she needs it.

What would you guys recommend to farm for + monsters?

I would suggest either normal dungeons or tech dungeons when they say they have increase chance of dropping those kinds of monsters, or ones with increase drops in general.

Keep an eye open for Ruins of the Star Vault and, as ml said, for increased + egg bonus events. Otherwise, there's really no way to farm them except to just farm dungeons that drop monsters ANYWAY.

Avoid dungeons that drop enhance or evo materials, though. (This counts Pengdra.) Those never have a +.

Yeah im waiting for another Ruins dungeon to appear. I had good drops from those.
