They shouldn't cause I have been to many cons people carry guns all the time. The hotel staff is usely warned of what is happening during that time. As long as your gun is peice bonded and has an orange or green tip it is fine.

yeeeeah, was at the peace bonding station when the hotel manager came and DEMANDED we tell people to put all the prop weapons away. We informed him that wasn't going to happen. All I can think is some of the 'new' arrivals were misbehaving prior to hitting the peace bonding station.

Ah, thanks, yeah, I don't believe Illinois has the 'no fake firearms' rule that CA and a couple other enforce.
I've gone to look for myself, if I should return before I get back keep me here.

People are always going to be stupid about weapons. Not only that, I was told that ACen two years ago... some guy pulled a urinal out of the damn wall in one of the hotel restrooms and the convention had to pay for that crap. What the dickens... why would you even do that!?
