Tonight I am making ribeye steaks, spinach puffs, fancy green beans and phyllo cup cheese pies.

trade? i dropped the ball, supposed to be making spicy pollo asado with lemon asparagus tips and mixed rice but i only got as far as the meat and veg marinading in the fridge uncooked and cold

There is an extra steak if you want to come get it. I forgot to cook the green beans so they're also still cold in the fridge. The puffs and cheesecakes turned out pretty boss though. COme grab a plate.

My friend who speaks Dutch has taught me the only Dutch words I know, "komkommer" and "banaan"...

I joke with him, "If I ever go to a Dutch-speaking country, I won't be able to find a toilet... but at least I can purchase a cucumber and banana"

I mean, at least you won't starve while you try to figure out how to say toilet.

And hope you have the money to at for it. All the public toilets in Holland are pretty much pay to pee apparently.
