What is there to do past curfew if everyone's closed?

People in general. Like here, people still don't want to evacuate during a hurricane or drunk drivers that keep doing it because nothing happened the last times to them personally. But you only have to mess up once to ruin your life or someone else's.

It's something. My neighbors have a full on flag, on a flag pole with his name. And have now put up more signs. And trucks with his name on flags are also regularly seen. They tend to also be "coal rollers", of course (trucks modified to intentionally waste more fuel and blow smoke).

Sounds like those neighbors are asking for some flags to be stolen. Or set on fire.
